Code names

Hey i'm writing some thing for Fanfic and i'm trying to come up with code words for my character who is pregant and is going to give birth, so i need some codes names for when she goes into labor. I came up with one already.
"The bun ready to come out!"
So does any one have any code name idea's.

just watch alot of nature and cookery shows and you should find alot naturally, like:
"The eagle has landed"
"Mother Sparrow has left the nest"
"The Temperatue is right"
and so many more
