The Intergalactic Highway

So we have a thread talking about the TF2 movie (of course it is one of the reasons we all gather together here.)

But what are folks opinion on the Joe Trailer?

I'm actually surprised by how much I want to see it after the trailer. They really seem to be working to make it a lot less campy. So I have high hopes(especially since besides G1, GIjoe was what I watched as a kid, oh and Ninja Turtles later on.)

Not bad! I never watched the cartoon that much in my younger years but at least I can recall some characters and episodes. I was rather surprised to see Dennis Quaid in that trailer. Thanks for the link, Baron.

Never seen the cartoon,so I don't have an opinon on this...but I will watch it though and Review it like a regular film.

Yeah, I can't really say much on this either. I haven't seen the cartoon in a really long time.

Yep. Awesome. Love it. Although did anyone else think "Team America" when the Eiffel Tower was dropped?

Also, that guy's not Cobra Commander, he's Destro. Unfortunately he doesn't have a shiny face, although he may have some accident at the end of the film and go all "Bond supervillian" for the next one. Bring on Cobra Commander

I know it's Destro. I would prefer Cobra Commander myself though. I've only seen a few Joe episodes from different series,and "Valor vs Venom",so my knowlage is pretty modest. But I used to run around driving little kids crazy,performing conversations between Cobra Commander and Baroness.

Heh heh,the old "Bond Supervillian Syndrom*. We can only hope!
