Sorry for the delay

Hello everyone,

I had fully intended to get the site updated this weekend, but there was a family drama involving my father and then in the early hours of this morning, I received a phone call telling me my grandmother had passed away. I'm not going to lie -- I am really depressed at the moment. I don't seem to have any energy left to deal with the site as I need to cope with mine and my family's grief, go to a funeral and somehow organize work shifts. I will get to the update as soon as I'm able. I do have all the material I need, and hopefully it will be updated within the next two weeks. Please bear with me.

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your grandmother. Take it slow, I know this sort of thing takes time. And take as much as you need.

It's understandable that you cannot update under these circumstances, just take all the time in the world that you need, okay? *Huuugs*

The update should be the last thing on your mind right now, if on your mind at all. Don't worry about it.

Geezum crow Sapphire, don't apologize. (Sometimes you're too nice for your own good, y'know that?) Your grandmother died, that's a billion times more important than making sure that your site stays regularly updated. Hope everything goes okay, I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.

Thank you for all the kind words and support everyone. It's been difficult because my sister and I are new to losing a loved one. I went to the funal and found it very strange, almost surreal. It was a good service, but hard to watch grown members of my family cry. I will cherish the good memories of the fun times I had with my gran, when she was fit and able.

On Tuesday I moved back to university. For the next week or so it's going be frantic, with registration, new classes and sudden piles of homework. As soon as I'm settled and have Internet installed at my house (it's taking a while due to inefficiency from British Telecoms, who are notoriously slow and useless, but alas, hold a cabling monopoly) I will update the site. I've got all the material, I just need the time and net access to get it formatted, polished and uploaded.

I hope everyone's happy and well. I'm so glad to see that despite sluggish updates, activity o this forum persists and new members continue to join. As long as there's a place for us Beast Wars fans to gather, I think the fandom will survive. Enthusiasm and a little activity is all it takes, hey?

Hey everyone. Just an update. The past few weeks have been hell. Basically, the people I was living with went really nasty on me (not for the first time) and made it unbearable to live with them. I won't go into details, but let's just say that when I informed the University, they took the matter very seriously, as some of the things these people did to me made me ill with anxiety and stress and were really...unwholesome.

I am finally starting to settle in my new house. I have lost nearly a thousand pounds as a result of this debacle and have missed classes whilst trying to cope with legal meetings and finding new accomodation etc. It's been horrific to be honest. But it's almost completely resolved now. I hope to catch up with the work I missed during the starting week of term. At the end of this month I get a 'half-term', meaning a week of no lectures, and I'm going to TRY to update the site then, even just a small, half-update. I cannot make any promises, because knowing my luck and my life, drama will inevitably crop up and prevent me from fulfilling commitments. So let's just say I tentatively intend to update then.

Oh Sapphire, Sapphire. This site is the least of your worries. Life seems to have given you a hard time. Take half-term for you, to sort out your worries and work and so on.
