No, that's for the 25th anniversary Universe line, seen at Botcon. Don't expect a complete line of new BW figures, just a few of the more popular characters re-done. There's a listing for Dinobot as well, but that's it as far as BW goes, so far.

Cheetor looks pretty good, but where did the gun go?

No gun, just the tail whip.

His cheetah eyes can change color from green to red by flipping a switch, though.
