stupid topic I know but I wanna know what your Christmas trees look like (if you celebrate Christmas that is) I for one wasn't going to put one up in my room but my mom convinced me then I put it up but it only had lights. She suggested I decorate it with something so this is what I did;

did u know there is an actual tree called the christams tree

its a parasite and orange n lives off other trees
its rare n endangered but we keep clearing them for 'developmetn'

unfortunately, we havnt put our tree up in kuwait this year just coz we'll be going the england for xmas

i live in perth WA its native to us:P

think its called christmas tree coz it blooms around christmas time
it has very bright orange flowers

we use a eucalyptus tree in a pot dont think ill post it up tho the more traditional christmas trees seem to die on us

I've heard about that tree! It's a bit like the Strangler Fig, I think, but I haven't read that book for ages...anyways, going slightly off-topic but I'm looking out for the Christmas beetles. They're so pretty, but I don't think we'll see many this year due to the number of Blue Tongues in our garden. Which isn't so bad, I suppose, because Blue Tongues are mega awesome XD

As for actual Christmas trees, we have a fake one that we put up every year, and usually on the first of December (though this year it was the second due to a whacking big party). And due to my mother's love of Christmassy ornaments, that thing is one hell of a pain and a half to decorate.

Back on topic, people! This is about the actual maim-a-spruce-and-turn-it-into-a-fire-hazard topic.

As of right now, we don't have one. They're bloody expensive in Massachusetts, despite the fact that we can go twenty minutes in almost any direction in the area that I live, and find land that nobody wants.

Means that we get one scrawny little piece of wood, but eh. I'll get a picture up as soon as there's one of those hazards in the living room.
