The Intergalactic Highway

I know this topic is five montehs old, but I couldn't resist.

Will everyone think I'm a critic if I say that I've had so many "Oh come on" monents that I can't remember them all? To name just a few: Depth Charge's "It's not evenge, it's justice!" line, and the violence toward poor Waspinator, Megatron wearing a judge's wig, all of "Matser Blaster," and so many ridiculous Quickstrike lines!

As for the funniest moment in all of Beast Wars, it's hard to decide. Megatron's rubber ducky is pretty funny, and so are many of Silverbolt's lines. I love it on season one when Dinobot tells the wounded Optimus that he will ensure the most honorable funeral for him. But I'm going to have to say that the VERY FUNNIEST part was in season three, when Rattrap goes into his little submarine to recover Sentinel. He starts moving around, and this hilarious music plays, and when Rattrap contacts Silverbolt, the music comes through the comm link! I had such a laugh attack!

Not sure if it's been said, but the "there he is, my little guy.... isn't he cute" from Optimus has always amused me.

I find the weird little random outbursts like that in Beast Wars funny. They still make me chuckle (Not as epically as Tarantulus though sadly...).

What about in Deep Metal. Inferno hopping like a looney in front of the Maximal base, screaming "Burn, Maximals!" Then the boulder drops onto him and he gives a little 'oh.' I LUV dat part! He's so funny.

Da most come on moment for me was in the Nemesis part 1. Tarantulas dying?!? Just because he got blown up? How many times has he been blown up then just came back, badder dan eva?

Explanation time:

First off,Tarantulas died in Other Victories.

Second,he barely got blown up in the Series,and how he was killed was understandable,since two aliens were inside him,plus the pressure of his deadly experiement caused him to blow himself apart like that.


Still what was come on about was Tarantulas died.....he could have fit well in Beast Machines(Replacing Rhinox/Tankor)

Well, since Tarantulas was Larry and Bob's fave character in the series, they weren't sure if anyone besides them could pull off the master mind that is Tarantulas.

Well, I always loved the scene in the Low Road where Dinobot and Rattrap double whammy punched Tarantulas.

As for "Oh come on" moments, for me I'm annoyed that they killed off Tigerhawk so quickly. He didn't even get a chance for character development. Also to me it's jsut stupid that a Terrorsaur, a flier got killed via falling into lava.[/img][/code]

I know! That drives me crazy too... I loved it when Tigerhawk came back and starts to remember his old love for earth and all that...then suddenly he dies! At least it was the sort of death Tigatron and Air Razor would have wanted, you know, dying to save Earth and all that. Not to mention that their sparks are still together!

Wonko, beggin your pardon for my mistake. I knew he died near the end of the series. I incorrectly assumed it was the Nemesis pt 1.

SkyxDB, yeah, how much you wanna bet the protohumans loved the wig when they found it... Maybe that's were the English got the idea o wigs in da first place... Anywhoz yeah megs is quite a cutie in da wig..
