"I may not have full control over myself, but you have the nerve give me alternatives? You people didn't seem so willing when I first was awaken here. I may have been a Maximal in creation, but I was forced to survive under Tarantulas' and Megatron's control." "I don't want your charity nor your mercy. I'm not some damsel in distress nor am I a monster for you to slain. If everyone is going to get me out of this situation, it is me because no one else's is going to do it."
Optimus merely shrugged at the poor soul while Landslide "escorted" her out. He was just giving her the same treatment he received at the Darksyde. Actually, it was even better than what he got because she wasn't restrained nor was she clinging to life and being tortured. If she really felt that she could handle everything on her own and decline help, then so be it. Far be it for him to interfere. Now, she was trespassing and she was the enemy, so it was time to kick her out of his base of operations.
"Down badger!"
There was a lot of commotion outside of the infirmary, and both Rhinox and Optimus were growing concerned. Hearing Blackarachnia holler told them that Ironclaw was out there, at least someone who looked and acted like him. Which reminded the rhinoceros, who continued to stand there with his weapon targeting the entrance, to fill in his friend about that. "We've had some developments earlier," he told him without turning around to look at the leader, keeping his focus on the doorway. Primal was quiet while he listened. "When Nexus took to one of the CR's for repairs, Ironclaw, or someone who looked like him, attacked his repair chamber and wounded him more. It was all caught on surveillance, I believe. So I imagine Rattrap tried apprehending Ironclaw until we can figure out what happened and whether or not he is the shapeshifter."

Optimus looked puzzled at first. Memory told him that Nexus refused the CR chambers; he didn't trust them. So he was surprised that he even accepted the use of one. And Ironclaw as the shapeshifter? He highly doubted that simply because the badger had been with them for quite some time, long before this trickery began. However, the badger had always maintained a sour and insubordinate attitude. He'd call it very un-Maximal of him but there were much, much worse of his kind, like the Maximal Elders. So the question was now, was that Ironclaw out there or someone disguised as him?
"Rhinox?" "I was about to ask you the same thing.
The engineer was certain that the mare would have had more to report, witnessing more than they could since they were secluded in the medical bay room, but maybe all the smoke was distorting her vision or she wasn't as close to them as he thought she was. And where was Aurora? Nearby, there was a loud bang against one of the walls in medical bay, but neither of them could tell or see who it was on the other side. What was going on?!
Look, Umbra has decided-"
"Whitegrazer?" Rhinox called for her over their transmission when she was abruptly cut off. There was a sudden barrage of gunfire they could hear within the corridor. "Whitegrazer, what happened? Do you copy?"

Now Optimus had had enough and was determined to find out what the slag was going on and put an end to it. He didn't come all this way in this war just to lose more friends and possibly his ship. While Rhinox was distracted with his communication with Whitegrazer, Primal slowly climbed down from the operating table and carefully got his footing with his shaky legs. Although they were mostly put together, there was some stiffness but also some loose connections, and there were still shallow holes left where Megatron's teeth had pierced through the armor. Rhinox had done a job good enough for him to stand and walk but running and kicking was probably out of the question. Gaining his balance, he walked toward his friend from directly behind him.
"Time for a cavity search."
Rhinox, unaware of Primal's movements behind him as he eagerly anticipated Whitegrazer's response, watched the black widow emerge through the smoke that was finally beginning to clear up and glared at her with every step she took on approach. He hesitated to fire, however, as he told her in his deep voice one last time, "Actually, it's time for you to leave."
Freeze!
Out of no where, Cheetor was on the other side, also aiming at Blackarachnia with his hands clasped together. But both him and Rhinox were giving her the opportunity to retreat or surrender. Why? She had already been given that choice but because she couldn't let go of not getting what she wanted that was only meant to benefit herself and not knowing well enough when she was outnumbered, she continued to pursue and put her life in danger. As far as Optimus was concerned, she had had enough opportunities to escape, unlike he did at the Darksyde. So Primal suddenly stepped around Rhinox, and in a surprisingly quick motion, he grabbed his friend's chain gun from right out of his grasp, targeted the widow who was already injured, and started firing at her without warning and with an expression of anger and frustration on his beaten face. The large gun shook Primal's hand and arm as he kept his feet apart on the floor for better balance. He added his other hand to the handle of the heavy weapon to help keep it steadier in his grasp. His aim was deliberately closer to her legs and feet, trying to force her against the wall or to the exit, which way ever she was smarter to take.

Rhinox had a look of alarm on his face, and even though the bullets wouldn't hit Cheetor from where Optimus was standing, he was taken aback by his friend's behavior, swiping his weapon from him and firing at the Predacon female. Perhaps Optimus was at a breaking point. One thing that was for sure, he wasn't quite acting like himself.
"Well, that's just prime!"

OOC: Just a heads up, I'll be going to my cousin's wedding this weekend and won't be back til Monday, so if I'm a little late with my next post it will be because I'm recuperating from what will surely be an awesome occasion lol. Peace for now 8)

Terrorsaur shook his head to get his bearings after being struck like a baseball by Megatron, Inferno shoving the transmetal off of him in frustration.

"NOW can we shoot him?" Terrorsaur inquired in frustration, wanting to shoot Megatron full of holes more for the sake of survival than desire to take control for once.

"NEVER! The Colony needs the Royalty!" Inferno insisted, even as Megatron charged his weapon for another shot, the two arguing preds rolling to opposite sides to evade his firepower, which blew a giant hole in the floor.

"The colony needs "The Royalty" like I need a hole in my spark chamber!" Terrorsaur spat back, firing his eye beams at Megatron in rapid succession, the mad tyrant hissing in reaction to the shots but otherwise shrugging them off as he returned fire, Terrorsaur barely managing to get airborne in time evade.

"Royalty please! Come to your senses! Your Colony needs you!" Inferno begged, grabbing Megatron from behind and restraining his arms, his deranged master bellowing wildly in rage and indignation as the ant struggled to hold him back even with his own impressive strength.

"Eheheheheheh! About time you saw some reason Bug Brain, now hold him still..." Terrorsaur instructed as he flew in with a sword in hand, ready to carve Megatron up like a Thanksgiving Turkey, only for Inferno to yell back "Don't you DARE drone! Or I'll impale YOU with that blade and cook you over the lava below! Just stun him so the spider can treat him!"

"For the love of...Sigh...Fine, whatever" Terrorsaur sighed in defeat, charging his eye beams to a stun setting, then raised it a bit higher since it was Megatron he was dealing with and not a normal mech, but as he fired his lasers, Megatron broke free of Inferno and flipped him around, using the ant's tall frame as a shield against his stun blasts.

"Oh slag...RAWK!" Terrorsaur cursed as he tried to fly away, only for Megatron to fly straight into him and crash tackle him through the roof!

Tarantulas cursed his luck as he watched Megatron escape, and Inferno writhe in pain on the floor, the sound of his ongoing battle against Terrorsaur up above him quite loud indeed. He had intended to poison Megatron and knock him out at the very least but now he was well out of range and he was uncertain if he wanted to pursue him and risk compromising his containment suit. He looked back to the computer and saw it was still working on the cure, then turned to Spineback and said "Well, aren't you going to be a good soldier and go help the flyer?"

With that said, Tarantulas then telepathically contacted Blackarachnia and said "What in blazes is taking you so long?! Have you secured the antidote?"

Tarantulas was running out of options at the rate things were going and had no desire to deal with an infected and enraged Megatron by himself, he doubted Terrorsaur would be able to cope with Megatron for long but hopefully he could buy him some time to finish his work, or perhaps just escape if it came to that.

(ooc: I agree about Darkspark doing awesome! On another note I'm working on a joint post with Mystrea, but to speed things along I can post for the two characters that aren't involved in that post here today. Waiting for Mystrea to write his part for the rest.)

It was the form of Nexus Prime that appeared right behind Landslide and Cheetor as the two Maximals set after BlackArachnia. The shape shifter groaned silently upon seeing that the female arachnid was not only still functional but apparently still was determined to get whatever she had come here for. He could only assume she was here for a cure for the virus, something he of course could not allow her to have. By now the virus should have brought even the mighty Megatron to his knees, his mind a chaotic mess and thus leaving him a sniveling shell of his former self. Zodiac's only regret was that he wasn't able to witness the Predacon commander's downfall for himself.

But oh well. At least he still had every opportunity to see every conflicted and tormented emotion on Primal's face in only a short while when it would dawn on him that he was responsible for the destruction of his own beloved Maximals. It would surely be a sight to behold, such a fitting legacy for the once almighty Optimus. It wouldn't be long now..

Nexus' shoulder mounted cannons popped out as well, his targeting systems automatically locking onto BlackArachnia. Before he had a chance to fire even a single shot, however, it was the least likely of them all that discharged his weapon.. or rather the firearms he had confiscated for himself.

The admiral's optics darted over to Optimus, watching with a look of approval on his face as the Maximal commander fired the weapon at BlackArachnia over and over again.

Oh what sweet irony it was to see his enemy stoop to such a level. With any luck the female spider would be another life added to the Maximal commander's death toll by the time all of this was over.
"Aurora? Are you okay?"
She could feel the protective arms of the larger female wrap around her, even if she made no attempt to respond, or even move.
"Aurora, it will fade in time. You know that your friends and I will always be here if you need it."
Whitegrazer's soft voice partially drowned in the vivid images memories the fuzor's mind, recollection of pain and loss of consciousness, yet strangely enough very little fear. She vaguely could hear Umbra's voice as well before he abruptly stopped talking.
Very well, then first, you should be warned.. the entire-
The sound of a number of shots being fired nearby immediately brought her back to the present, however, but she didn't have time to see much before the other female placed herself between the wall and Aurora, sheltering her from what was to come.

Peering out from behind the taller female, Aurora caught a glimpse of Umbra's jerking movement as a few of the bullets tore through the wall and entered his body. Moments later the entire wall started to crumble before it collapsed down on top of the Predacon, leaving only a gaping hole in the wall and a deflated tentacle sticking out from the rubble to witness of the male who had just been standing there.

These Maximals had no idea what was at stake. Going through all this trouble to get the cure for her infected comrades seemed very altruistic, but she really had no choice in the matter because if she didn't get the cure, Tarantulas would make sure his insanity would tear her apart along with everyone else's. And even if she did manage to escape that horrible fate, she would still be stuck in the cesspool of a planet with Maximals, who no doubt would hunt her down to put her in a cell or worse, like Optimus reminded her, they might reprogram her back to a Maximal. The idea of her being a Maximal... ugh! She loved being a Predacon. It was all she knew now. The thought of them going inside her mind and systems just like Tarantulas had done threw her into a swirl of fierce hatred. No one was going to get inside her head! NO ONE!!!!

She aimed her legs at Rhinox, but then she watched as Optimus came in front of the giant. The expression on his face made her go pale just as he aimed the chaingun at her.

Uh oh.

All the bullets blazed through her. It was like everything was in slow motion for her. First, the bullets strike her arms, she tried to dodge, but it was no use. Arm. Both arms. She swayed left and right against the force of the machinegun. She stepped back going closer and closer to Cheetor and Landslide who she didn't know were behind her. She tried to walk forward, but wave after wave of bullets stroke her arms, head, stomach, and bouncing off every sliver of her golden and black structure. Pain was echoing against all areas of her body. She tried to focus and get her legs to fire, but her processor was focusing on trying to repair some of the bullets that actually stabbed through her finish. She was defenseless and in total surrender to Optimus' barrage of bullets. Maybe this was his pay back for everything Megatron, Tarantulas, Arachnition, their shapeshifter friend, and herself did to him back at the Darksyde. Did she blame him? Of course not.

She just wished it wasn't her who was taking the hit.
DarkSpark wrote:"What in blazes is taking you so long?! Have you secured the antidote?"
She grunted and screamed in pain, her legs were falling to the ground along with the bullets, trying to answer what Tarantulas was saying to her, "Hav-having p--p-problems..." she couldn't finish her sentence. In any other state of mind, she would have barked a sarcastic quip. Right now, her mind was static in computer dianostics, warning her of approaching statis lock. She couldn't-couldn't let this... monkey! Beat her!

Her back was against the wall, her entire body was scrapped and scarred in bullets. Her optics were broken and her legs were shredded, "I--didn't get it."

"Umbra?" Whitegrazer coughed a bit from the dust of the rubble and knelt down, looking over in sadness as Umbra's tentacle deflated. There had to be a way to help him without someone getting infected in the process. She reached over and tried her best to move some of the rubble. Careful to not touch a physical part of Umbra, but to not make matter worse for the Predacon. "Umbra!" She tried to call to him, trying to maybe wake him up. "Umbra!" She was about to move a larger piece until instinct told her to stop. And for good reason, if she moved anymore rubble, it might collapse even farther upon Umbra and could definitely kill him.

She looked over to see Aurora taking a peek. It was good to see that she was snapped back into reality and she didn't seem hurt or scratched from any lose scrap or dust from the collapse of the rubble. "We need to get him out of here without getting infected or causing more of the wall to collapse on him. Any ideas?" She asked Aurora, seeing if the young one thought of something she didn't.
Optimal Optimus Primal wrote:"Whitegrazer?" Rhinox called for her over their transmission when she was abruptly cut off. There was a sudden barrage of gunfire they could hear within the corridor. "Whitegrazer, what happened? Do you copy?"
"Aurora and I are fine, but..." she stared at the rubble, "The wall collapsed and in order to get to the medbay, we will have to go around. Rhinox..." She stopped herself, still staring at the collapsed wall. At the exact moment, at the exact time that Umbra was going to tell them who the shapeshifter was, Sentinel decided to act and neutralize him. she wondered if she should be happy that Sentinel was functioning or worried about the coincidence of it's timing. She looked at Aurora, "Since we are close to the bridge, maybe we should tell Rattrap what's happening and the deal. " They could use the com-link, but she felt... uneasy.

Rhinox's chainguns of doom, as both Maximals and Predacons alike, famously and infamously, named them, started firing, "Rhinox?" She stood up, feeling something... familiar, dark, and instinctive. Her right arm straightened and made a stabbing motion towards a piece of rubble. She stopped herself, noticing her hand almost pierced through the middle before taking control of such an instinct, such a feeling that must have been triggered by what she felt from Optimus. She relaxed her hand, closing her optics and rubbing her hand as she wished to hold and comfort Optimus, Optimus... it's okay. I feel your anger and your frustration. Stop... and breathe.

Cheetor held his aim on Blackarachnia, observing her. But his optics widen in surprise as Optimus grabbed Rhinox's gun and started opening fire on her, Cheetor swiftly moved out of the way of the doorway to avoid any stray shots.

Landslide observed the situation, looking at Optimus's face as he fired on Blackarachnia. Seemed something had changed in the ape, it was a bit worrying.. but understandable considering what he'd went through. Landslide got up to his feet slowly, making sure not to get hit by the dangling live wire hanging from the ceiling again, then noticed fire coming from the auto gun again once he stood up straight.

SLAG OFF! the beetle shouted holding up his shield to block the shot's, his shoulder horns swung down aiming towards the estimated direction of the shots, the anti air guns attached barrels started to spin up, then released a few short bursts of rapid fire into the ceiling, tearing through the autogun and a large area of the ceiling.

Landslide let out an annoyed and rather creepy sounding insect hiss, attaching his shield to his back and raising his horns back up. What the heck is wrong with this slagging ship?! he shook his head. Ug.. Right. We'll need to open the flight hatch and hanger so we can get some air through this place, I can use my wings to move the smoke out fast.

Landslide glanced towards Blackarachnia, then looked towards Optimus What do you want done with that?

(ooc: Joint post..)

Nemesis had lost sight of her clone after tossing her against some shelves only to watch the clone disappear against the wall, concealed by a knocked over table. Scanning the area for signs of movement, she quickly became aware of the approaching heavy footsteps. Her hands clutched onto her sword and sai in preparation, fully expecting her own image to be the one emerging.

Yet it wasn't. But that was not to say it wasn't someone just as menacing.

Ironclaw's large form suddenly took up a big part of the hallway. His features easily betraying his rather grim mood, his visage making it abundantly clear that he wasn't merely passing through. No, she was the target, that much was evident.

The avian female narrowed her optics at the male, still not entirely sure if this truly was Ironclaw or yet another of Zodiac's disguises. It almost seemed unlikely that he would have been able to sneak away and change his form without her even noticing, but by now there were few things the shapeshifter had not proven himself capable of.

"Go away," she warned the male in a threatening tone, "This doesn't concern you."

Still holding firmly onto her weapons, the female edged closer when Ironclaw had made no attempt to move. Even if she had to plow through him in order to get to Zodiac, she would. Perhaps he even was the shapeshifter in another form, even if she wasn't sure why he'd bother changing his form to someone the Maximals already suspected.

"I said.. move!," she demanded, more loudly this time, slashing at him with her sword as she spoke merely to prove to him that she was serious.

As Ironclaw emerged from the smoke he was set upon his target. Nemesis.... She had been a problem for the Maximals for too long. She looked like she had already been roughed up a bit but that mattered not, he could only focus on throwing her off the ship. He approached, looking down at her fiendishly, all was to him was an enemy, a focus that he could not refuse. In this state there would be no mercy, no quarter, he would do what needed to be done. She told him to go away but he wouldn't, not now. Ironclaw reached down and grabbed her by the back of her neck like a stray cat. He brought his other hand up ready for her to resist.

Upon feeling his hand latch onto her neck, a gesture that caused her transmetal feathers to stand on edge, Nemesis immediately slammed her elbow as hard as she could against the male's abdomen. At the same time she also kicked her leg against his knee, attempting to throw him off balance by making his knee buckle. She would have used her weapons, but somehow the larger male had managed to step to the side and grab a hold of her. And quite frankly his grip was rather painful at that, his fingers digging into her more slender form. He held on so tightly, in fact, that for a moment she felt as if he was trying to snap her neck. A feat that wasn't exactly impossible given her lighter armor. It wasn't that she was that much more delicate, exactly, but whereas he had the advantage of size and pure strength, her movements were faster and more flexible.

As Ironclaw pulled Nemesis up from the floor she unleashed two quick blows. The first made him wince slightly, he recovered quickly but not fast enough to do anything about the kick to his knee. It was a decisive move which made him let go of her neck and go down to one knee to try and compensate for his off set balance. It gave her the chance to use her swords against him but he was not letting go that easily. As her arms came crashing down towards him, he roared and lunged forward, right at her. The badger gripped her wrists in his hands and shoved her against the hallway wall, firmly keeping them above her head and squeezed until she let go of her weapons. Before she realised what had happened, Ironclaw had put her in a quite precarious or vulnerable position. The bigger of the two, he leaned in and looked right into her optics. Even though he wasn't quite himself, he could see the darkness in her that he currently shared.

Nemesis gasped as she again found herself shoved against the wall, effectively pinned with her arms stretched above her head. Her wrists were being squeezed so tightly she had no option of cramming her sai into the male, no matter how tempting it was to plunge the longest of the spikes straight through his eye socket. She sneered at him, optics narrowing as he brought his face closer to hers. For but a moment they both stared at each other; Maximal and Predacon, each trying to read the other one well enough to know what the other was thinking and planning to do next.

It was Nemesis that made the first move, slamming her forehead as hard as she could against Ironclaw's, the impact swift and hard enough to make his neck snap backwards in a whiplash. She immediately came to regret the decision when, she too, felt the overwhelming dizziness and quite painful sensation that followed. Still, she brought her knee up into his gut, as hard and forcibly as she was able to, in an attempt to force him away from her.

Ironclaw yelped in pain as he brought his hands to his head whist also taking a few steps back from Nemesis. The bump to his head began causing haywire with his systems. His rage started to subdue and he couldn't quite cope with the transition. But he was able to make one last hasty decision. The badger grabbed hold of the female with both hands and threw her at the wall behind him before he fell to one knee.

Unable to pull away in time, Nemesis had few options left when she felt the two large arms wrap around here quite roughly. Moments later he lifted her off the floor and flung her hard against the wall of the infirmary. She slammed into the wall with her backside first, unable to dampen the impact even in the slightest, the force of the impact so strong that the normally solid wall gave in. Debris and the avian female alike went flying into the room before landing on the floor in a heap right at Optimus' feet. Her limbs were bent in unnatural angles, one wing clearly broken from the impact with the wall, leaving Nemesis unable to even move for a few moments other than a few involuntary shudders. Then she briefly attempted to lift her head with a pained groan, only to collapse again and finally slipping into unconsciousness.

Through the opening in the wall the spectators had a clear view of Ironclaw, making it all too clear what had just transpired .

"Aurora and I are fine, but..." "The wall collapsed and in order to get to the medbay, we will have to go around. Rhinox..."
Collapsed? Collapsed from what? Rhinox wondered briefly. Perhaps it had something to do with Umbra and probably that gunfire.
SLAG OFF!
More gunfire, and he distinctly recognized Landslide's voice right outside beyond the doorway. At least he was conscious and alert. Most of it was being drowned out now by Primal's attack on Blackarachnia, firing off his own weapon at the spider.
"Rhinox?"
He didn't really hear Whitegrazer's call to him over his comm. link while he stood there watching Optimus tear the Predacon intruder apart with his own chain gun, the shell casings dropping in a pile around the leader's feet in a chorus of pinging as they hit the floor. Blackarachnia couldn't move, she didn't even have time to use her spider leg weapons. She stood there as the bullets pierced her armor and broke her once cocky and manipulative attitude. He supposed she wasn't going to get the cure now, and he supposed he better get Optimus to stop before he'd go too far.

Optimus wasn't planning on stopping until she hit the ground. Then he would know she was no longer a threat and terrorizing his Maximals just for the antidote. This was exactly how the Predacons always got ahead. Not this time. Not anymore. He remained completely focused on her and her alone as each bullet struck her. Some hit their target, some didn't. Those that didn't strayed too far to let her move much. He didn't notice those that were watching who were taken aback but his actions. She wasn't going to get away this time.

Optimus... it's okay. I feel your anger and your frustration. Stop... and breathe.

...Whitegrazer. He could barely sense her past his rage and fury. Stop? Would the Predacons stop? No! This... This war. It was kill or be killed! ...And yet... her warmth and calmness slowly soothed his anger and brought him back to what he was doing. Slowly, Primal released the trigger of the large gun in his hands until it stopped firing and momentarily continued spinning and smoking before it halted and cooled down. It was quiet now. The Commander looked upon Blackarachnia who was motionless and riddled with damage without much concern for her well being.

"That's how you stop an intruder," he said coldly as he shoved Rhinox's weapon into his chest and stepped out of the shell casings to move closer toward his victim and the doorway.

Rhinox quickly grasped his gun with his hands before it could fall when his friend placed it against him and watched Optimus step away while studying him. Blackarachnia was certainly no threat now but that wasn't exactly how they handled intruders. There was some disappointment in his optics.
What the heck is wrong with this slagging ship?! Ug.. Right. We'll need to open the flight hatch and hanger so we can get some air through this place, I can use my wings to move the smoke out fast.
"Go ahead and get that done, Landslide," Optimus told the beetle with agreement.
What do you want done with that?
"Is she infected?" Primal asked.

"I don't think so," answered Rhinox. "She was able to infiltrate us with stealth and prowl around the ventilation system with ease."

"Find out, Rhinox, and treat her with the antidote if she tests positive for the virus." Optimus hesitated in thought about what else they could do with her. Drop her off at the Darksyde with her injuries, and she might survive, just to send a message to Megatron? Or get her repaired and find out if they could help her some how? Despite her big talk earlier about doing everything on her own, he still felt like she needed assistance but she simply couldn't trust anyone, and least of all the Maximals. She could, though, but she was blinded by fear and false assumptions. On the other hand, why should he keep bothering them with mercy? All they did was take advantage of him. They didn't appreciate it, they didn't want it. Why must I be so merciful?! WHY?! he cried out in his mind. It was so easy for Megatron to take lives, so why couldn't he? "Where is the antidote?" he asked.

"I have it, Optimus," Rhinox told him.

"Alright. Then put her in the CR for repairs, but secure it so she can't escape until we're notified that her repairs are complete and a Maximal authorization is required upon her release."

Rhinox nodded in acknowledgement and went to the spider's side, crouching down beside her and checking her condition.

Meanwhile, the Commander's new optics surveyed the others nearby, scanning across Landslide, Cheetor and Nexus before there was more noise just outside the infirmary. It wasn't gun fire, however, it sounded like a brawl. "Landslide, what-" He was abruptly interrupted by a loud bang when something, or rather someone, came flying through the wall, with shrapnel of bent metal and bolts and screws flying in all directions into the medical bay. Quickly following that burst was a body that tumbled across the floor, stopping just short of his feet. Looking down, Optimus said, "Nemesis?" completely surprised. He carefully and slowly got down on one knee and examined her shudders for a moment while she lifted her head before letting it drop and then blacking out before he looked through the hole in the wall to find Ironclaw standing on the other side. Could the badger have caused all of those injuries on her? He doubted it, despite his brute strength and temper. Nemesis was not so easily taken down, but Ironclaw was the only one he saw. He tried not jumping to conclusions but he had a feeling that this was completely unnecessary. "What's the meaning of this, Ironclaw?" he asked him sternly while he carefully stood back up on his weakened legs.

Rhinox was just as equally surprised to see Nemesis come barreling into the room like that, and even land unconscious. That was rather serious considering her reputation of endurance and agility, not to mention that she had her own regenerating armor. "Rattrap, we found Nemesis," he reported to him via radio. "And Blackarachnia has been apprehended. Any word on Umbra? I think Whitegrazer was with him."

"Good. I don't know, Big Green. Sentinel seems ta be havin' a mind of its own recently. We're gonna have ta take a look at it. Says here it successfully took down Umbra. I'm gonna find eyes on that. Stand by," the rodent responded from the bridge.

"Whitegrazer, Aurora, what's yer status? What's happened to Umbra? I'm gettin' readings dat he's inactive," Rattrap called to them on their comm. links.

(( OOC: una, was BA infected? I don't think she was but I want to make sure. ))

"Whitegrazer, Aurora, what's yer status? What's happened to Umbra? I'm gettin' readings dat he's inactive,"
Aurora stared at the collapsed wall, or more particularly at the heap at the base of it with the now flattened tentacle sticking out, her movements frozen for a moment. Everything had escalated so quickly. A mere few nanoclicks ago Umbra had been swearing his loyalty to the Maximals and had been about to tell them what he knew about the shape shifter. Now he was laying motionless on the ground, buried in the rubble from the collapsed wall. The fuzor only shifted her gaze for a few seconds, just long enough to peek through the now gaping opening that had once been a wall. She was halfway expecting to see an enemy standing there, pointing their weapon at her and Whitegrazer. Instead she saw several of Sentinel's turrets that were now in the process of moving away. If it had not been the smoke seeping from the barrels, she would have assumed they had merely been responding to wall collapsing to investigate.

"Uhm..," she responded to Rattrap, still unsure of how to explain what just happened, "Whitegrazer and I are okay.. But Umbra is hurt, maybe even.. dead. It appears Sentinel shot him through the wall enough times to cause the entire wall to collapse down on top of him."

She paused to look over at Whitegrazer. The mare looked just as confused as the fuzor right now. Well to be blunt the taller female had a number of emotions play across her face, ranging from confusion to .. suspicion.
"Since we are close to the bridge, maybe we should tell Rattrap what's happening and the deal. "
The ermine fuzor nodded thoughtfully, then looked back at Umbra. "We have to dig him out at least, or he's definitely not going to make it."

As much as she despised the Predacons, it pained her to see someone in such a helpless state simply expire right in front of the since he didn't get the help he needed. The inherent Maximal programming to preserve life was strong, even towards someone who had taken so many lives himself. And perhaps if they healed him back to health, he'd still be willing to give them the information he had on the shape shifter.

Aurora grabbed a thin metal support beam from the rubble and started using it to pry the many pieces of the wall away from Umbra. It was a tedious task, since the Predacon was barely even visible and she wanted to make sure she didn't hurt him further. At the same time she had to be careful about touching him since they suspected he may be infected with the virus.

"Target Umbra has been neutralized," Sentinel's voice cut in on Nexus' private channel moments before a similar message appeared on Rattrap's screen. "Predacon threat within Maximal base has been rendered inoperable," the soft spoken computer told Rattrap before continuing, "Unit Ironclaw sighted near the infirmary. Do you wish me to deploy turrets?"

Nexus remained calm as he watched Optimus take care of the pesky arachnid and even as he saw Nemesis crash through the wall and collapse at Optimus' feet. But even though he didn't reveal anything on the outside, on the inside he was delighted at this turn of events. Optimus had obviously been pushed well beyond his limits, but his willingness to take down a Predacon who had once emerged from a Maximal stasis pod would now be logged into the computer as the beginning of the commander's erratic behavior. And it was about to get worse, much worse, very soon. Optimus Primal was about to go down in the history books as the Maximal commander responsible for killing every single member of his own crew. And only after he had set this turn of events into motion, only after Optimus had come to realize what he had done, would Zodiac put the fool out of his misery.

The admiral's pale amber optics watched on as Optimus finally calmed down enough to order BlackArachnia's injuries tended to, a certain look of concern visible on the admiral's face as he closed the gap between himself and his younger protege.

"I'm relieved to see you functional again, old friend," Nexus told him with a reassuring smile while placing a supporting hand on the other's shoulder, "And I hate being the bearer of bad news.."

His voice lowered a bit, his optics darting briefly over to the hole in the wall where Ironclaw could be seen before settling back on Optimus again. "But we have a situation that we need to settle soon."

He squeezed his apprentice's shoulder a little more tightly but not hard enough to cause harm or pain. Upon speaking again he leaned in close, only intending for Optimus to hear his words.

"There is a traitor within our midst. The changeling, or shape shifter, is here. I suspect it might be Ironclaw, but there is only one way to make sure.. I would like to discuss this course of action with you as soon as Ironclaw has been dealt with."

((OOC: Just a post for Whitegrazer for now. :D It's so dark where I am now! Thunderstorms!!!! ))

The sound of Rhinox's gun stopped, which gave her a sigh of relief. She sent more waves of warmth towards Optimus, still doing the best she could to soothe him. Some trembling from the walls made her alert again, though. At first, she thought another wall was going to collapse on Aurora and herself, but it seemed to have come from somewhere else. she hoped they were all right in there. She really wanted to be there to help Rhinox with Optimus. Blackarachnia, she was there when Optimus was tortured. No doubt her very presence could trigger emotions or repeats of the incidents Optimus suffered at the hands of the Predacons. Something she hoped they could prevent, especially after he just awaken from being repaired. And since Aurora was with her, both distracted with Umbra, he still probably needed more time on the table.

"Rattrap," she was still rubbing her right hand, staring at the hole she made when she stabbed it, "We need to help Umbra. Before the wall collapsed on him, he was willing to tell us who the shapeshifter is in exchange for the antidote. He was about to say something when it happened. Aurora and I are going to see if we can get him out of here. Without getting infected in the process, of course."

She nodded, agreeing with the little one, "That seems to be our only option now. Hopefully, he is all right. In some battles I had with him, he has had the same endurance as I." Though, Umbra hadn't answered her when she called out. He must be out cold. Hopefully, he is just out cold. He was the only one who can confirm or deny her suspicions. End this shapeshifter's masquerade before he does more damage to the people she cares deeply for.

Whitegrazer joined with Aurora to dig Umbra out. She was trying to see if she could find Umbra's face in the rumble. She saw a sliver of purple and yellow. Were they close to his face? She dug a little deeper, and wipes some dust away to see a glimpse of Umbra's optic. It was offline. That wasn't good. She tried to wake him like she did last time, "Umbra? Umbra, it is us. You will be all right. We will get you out of here. Don't worry."

There was an ache gripping her spark. She didn't know what it was or what it was from. All she felt was tightness and a quiet shiver running down all of her circuits. She stopped, looking through the rubble and towards where the medbay was, "We need to move quickly."

((OOC: Thanks Una))

Banshee was already on her way to find Nemesis, running towards the bridge where she noticed smoke. She ran towards the hallway, sending out a few echolocation waves. Hmmm...Whitegrazer and Aurora... she thought before sending out more echolocation waves as she moved on, noticing Landslide and Cheetor standing outside the medical bay, coughing from the smoke. "Where is-" she heard fighting inside the room. Banshee flapped her large wings to clear some of the smoke out of her view, Nemesis was indeed in the room, so was Ironclaw, Rhinox and Optimus. Looking at Nemesis being tossed to the wall by Ironclaw made her snapped inside.

"That's enough!" she let out a strong sonic blast towards Ironclaw, hoping it would stun him for awhile before she can take him on in close combat.

((OOC: Yup, Banban is pissed LOL!))

"USELESS! Will you ever NOT disappoint me?!" Tarantulas snapped, seeing through her eyes the mess she was in & how the odds of her getting away on her own with or without the cure were dismal at this point, meaning he would have to rely on his own efforts to synthesize the cure...Assuming his lab work could be completed before Megatron finished killing all of his own troops.

Tarantulas looked at the computer terminal, glad to see progress was being made but not fast enough to immediately resolve the situation, Inferno was too blindly loyal to Megatron to inflict serious harm on him and Terrorsaur lacked the power to overcome him, after all, if the traitorous pterodactyl HAD the power he would have done so long ago, his ambitions were so transparent it made Tarantulas laugh at his lack of subtlety at times.

"Terrorsaur, are you still alive?" Tarantulas inquired, surprised to find himself hoping that the cocky flyer was alright so he wouldn't have to risk death or infection himself.

"Don't sound so surprised!" Terrorsaur yelled back over the coms as he struggled against Megatron, desperately evading Megatron's brutal attacks.

Terrorsaur had managed to stay alive thus far but hadn't managed to inflict any serious damage on his opponent, Megatron had him outmatched in nearly every regard and was in a state of berserker rage. While it pained Terrorsaur to admit it, his speed & flight capabilities were really the only areas in which he rivaled or possibly surpassed Megatron, thanks mostly to his more aerodynamic design, and it was likely the only reason he hadn't been destroyed yet. He'd wanted to shoot Megatron with his firepower, but the tyrant would not halt his attacks long enough for Terrorsaur to put some real distance between them so he could cut loose with his heavy artillery, forcing him to face Megatron in melee, and while he was fast enough to keep pace with him, his blades were not sharp enough to cut through Megatron's cutlass, which he wielded with the shell shattering might of a mace!

"Can you blame me? The odds are not with you my flying friend" Tarantulas replied as he began to tamper with the computer counsel, accessing the ship's security protocols.

"Then why don't you come up here and give me a hand then, Captain Obvious?!" Terrorsaur snarled, barely dodging another blow meant to take his head off and following it up by trying to do the same to Megatron, only for his opponent to evade & bring his cutlass down hard, leaving a massive dent in the ship's surface where Terrorsaur had once stood, the slippery flyer managing to narrowly escape death by taking flight, only for Megatron to follow!

"Would you in my position?" Tarantulas replied back, despite knowing the answer without having to be told.

"Of course I would! You know you've always been my favorite spider!" Terrorsaur proclaimed sarcastically, though genuinely fearful for his life at the rate things were going, Megatron hounding him like a herald of Unicron himself.

"Lucky me, I had no idea I was so popular" Tarantulas said dryly, as he finished overriding the ship's security, the autoguns coming online and all swiveling to target a single mech....Megatron!

"Don't say I've never done you any favors Terrorsaur, I collect my debts" Tarantulas smugly stated as he opened fire on Megatron with his very own defense system, the sky lighting up with the Darksyde's destructive firepower, Megatron roaring out in rage and confusion like a wild animal as he was engulfed in black clouds of smoke.

Terrorsaur landed on the ship's roof, tired and ragged as he watched on as Megatron was seemingly destroyed by his own weapons, managing to cough out a few pleased chuckles at what he was seeing unfold as he asked the spider "Brilliant! But how?"

"Brilliant? Yes, I am, but really hacking the defense system to recognize and fire upon Megatron as an enemy was honestly the most obvious course of action to take, the ship's firepower can do more harm than you ever could and in his crazed state Megatron would never see it coming. Granted, I was only able to convert a small number of the ship's autoguns to obey me, Megatron did a good job of hardwiring them so that they could never be used against him, but not a PERFECT job. Sloppy of him really, wish I'd thought of this sooner...." Tarantulas bragged, before being lifted off the ground like a rag doll and was forced to look into the vengeful gaze of none other than his least favorite insect, Inferno!

"TRAITOR! ASSASSIN! DO YOU THINK I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DID?! YOU DESTROYED THE ROYALTY!" Inferno wailed in an unnatural mix of fathomless rage and despair that Tarantulas had never heard from any cybertronian before, it was as though he was a religious zealot who had witnessed the death of his own god, or perhaps an enraged fanboy angry at the cancelation of his favorite show.

"I most certainly hope so, he was going to kill us all you stupid ant" was what Tarantulas WANTED to say, but instinct and common sense compelled him to instead reply "Don't be ridiculous Inferno! I was only..."

"LIES! LIES AND FALSEHOODS! I WON'T LISTEN TO YOUR VILE WORDS ANYMORE TRAITOR, BURN! BURN IN THE FIRES OF INFERNO! RRRRRRAAAAAWWWWRRR!" Inferno screamed madly as he threw Tarantulas across the room like a child's toy and pulled out both flamethrowers, firing fireballs blindly into the air as his cries of loss and rage echoed across the entire deck.

"FOR THE ROYALTY!!!!" Inferno yelled over and over as he lit up the place, determined to slay the mech who'd taken his master away from him, even if he had to burn the entire world to the ground to do it!

( I was going to wait, but if you want me to go ahead, alright. )
Optimus Primal wrote:"Go ahead and get that done, Landslide,"

Landslide gave a nod, then observed as they spoke about if Blackarachnia was infected. Though, he didn't seem to be experiencing any symptoms having dealt with her, he shrugged it off. Then heard the sudden commotion with Nemesis and Ironclaw crashing into the room, followed by a sonic blast from Banshee. Landslide simply shook his head walking way, placing his hand along the wall as he walked down the hall to help guide himself in the smoke. He activated his comlink Rattrap, it's Landslide. I need you to open the flight hatch in the bridge lad. I'm gonna try to get the smoke out of the ship.

Landslide then made his way into the hanger, opening the hanger doors he stepped outside of the ship. Standing infront of the hanger, he spread open the protective wing shell on his back, unfolding and expanding his massive inner wings, then started to flap them, drawing the smoke out of the ship and blowing up some sand into a dust cloud.

Umbra laid on the floor unresponsive to Whitegrazer's calls, his body had many holes and a torn skin like structure which seemed to be made of different layers, likely part of his camouflage system. But even with all the damage, his vitals seemed to be still intact, but in his bodies' current state seemed flatter then usual, like a flat tire, with some lumps from solid components and joints inside of him.

The slightly subdued badger rose from his single knee position to standing up straight. His head was throbbing from whatever had just happened, he could not remember all the details but he had a rough idea. He looked to the side and saw smoke slowly clearing from the hallway. He didn't know where that had come from but it certainly was not normal for the Axalon.

Ironclaw turned around to see the devastation behind him. There was a hole in the side of the hallway into the infirmary. Something had torn right through it, the metal was all bent and buckled, wires pulled out and sparking. He saw that Nemesis was in a heap on the floor, he knew that he probably did that to her. The badger looked at his hands briefly, realising that there was a darkness in him. But he shook it off as to not look weak or unsettled in his next inevitable conflict. He placed his hand against the edge of the opening and climbed through. He crushed some of metal under his foot as he stepped through. Optimus was now in the foreground of Ironclaw's vision now, with Nemesis at his feet.
"You live" he uttered trying not to sound too dejected. The ape has survived his ordeal at the Predacon base, though the badger was curious if he was same bot he was before. Further to Ironclaw's dismay, Nexus walked into the infirmary and went straight to Optimus' side. He gave him a scowl as he was sure to be conspiring against him.

"You dare accuse me! Pretender!" Ironclaw retaliated and was about to press the point when Banshee interrupted them and shot a sonic blast at him. His focussed went to her as he covered his ears with his hands. Groaning in discomfort his eyes showed his frustration with her.

"That seems to be our only option now. Hopefully, he is all right. In some battles I had with him, he has had the same endurance as I."
Aurora sighed slightly at that, not entirely sure if she even dared to hope for a recovery for the damaged Predacon. The more debris they removed and the more of him they exposed, the worse his condition looked. She could already see numerous shot wounds to his body, mech fluid having drained from the openings and settled in small sticky pools on the floor. There were a number of dents in his armor from where the collapsing wall had landed on him as well. To make matters worse it looked like an even larger section of the wall was no threatening to collapse on top of the wounded mercenary.

"We need to move him quickly," Aurora finally responded as she moved another larger piece of debris off, using as much strength as she could muster to do so. "But he's still infected so we're probably better off if we give him the antidote."

It was a strategically sound judgement. Their supply of the antidote was quite limited, after all, so it would be better to simply give Umbra some now rather than have to get two or possibly more for the two of them later.

She then opened her com link to Landslide, thus far unaware of the trauma the insect had recently gone through himself.

"Landslide, we could use some help with moving Umbra. He got buried underneath a collapsed wall, and we suspect he is infected with the virus as well."
"You dare accuse me! Pretender!"
The admiral's head tilted a bit at that, finding a certain amusement in the fact that Ironclaw was going to attempt to deny any claims made against him. Truthfully it was too late for that. Ironclaw had already dug his own grave with his persistent attitude problems and aggressive nature. The other Maximals' patience with the irrational badger had been wearing thin for a while now, so it wouldn't take much effort to convince them of his guilt. Now all that remained was for them to subdue the transmetal badger so that he wouldn't cause any trouble. And right on cue the irritating badger was hit by a powerful sound wave, breaking his focus.

At the same time a private signal from Sentinel alerted him that the device had already been programmed and was now ready to be activated. All that remained was giving Optimus a push in the right direction. The other Maximals would follow him blindly.

"Optimus..," the admiral told his protegee in a low voice, leaning in close as he continued, "Even though Ironclaw seems like a likely candidate, we still have to make sure."

He stared at the Maximal commander, his optics locking with his. His hand remained on the younger soldier's shoulder, offering encouragement and comfort alike. His voice was barely more than a whisper as he continued, his words only for Optimus to hear.

"We have a way to find the identity of the shape shifter. I already underwent this screening myself and I can vouch for its safety and effectiveness. All you need to do is order all of your Maximals into a large enough room to contain them all, the storage bay for instance, and we can do a body scan of everyone present. If we only do a few at the time, it will give the shape shifter the opportunity to sneak away without getting caught, but if we can gather everyone in there at once we will eliminate the risk of that happening. "

He paused, his optics not leaving Optimus' for even a moment.

"I know this is a lot to digest so soon after waking up, but believe me when I tell you that this is our best chance to capture this guy. He has caused enough trouble and is clearly a danger to the Maximals, but now we have a chance to beat him at this game. In fact I believe you should be the one to handle the controls for the scan.."

A slight, reassuring smile followed.

"You are the only one I trust to do this task. I know your love for your Maximals will assure that you do the right thing."

A slight movement followed by a barely audible groan from the ground at their feet indicated that Nemesis was still functional, even if she wasn't awake just yet. But even if she was still unconscious, her nanites were very much so still active and were already diligently at work to restore her to her normal, non-injured state. The process was tedious, however, since she had sustained a number of wounds from both her battle with her own mirror image and from getting tossed through the wall at the climax of her encounter with Ironclaw. Still her wounds were closing up, the by now familiar blue glow visible as the holes closed up and broken limbs realigned to their regular positions.

Nexus took note of the progress, but paid it no heed. Nemesis was not a threat to him, certainly not while he was in this form and had Optimus in the palm of his hand..

"You live"
Optimus ignored his comment and said with a deep voice, "You failed to answer my question, Ironclaw. What is this all about?!" he demanded, motioning his hand toward Nemesis on the floor, expecting an explanation from the hot-headed badger while he entered the room. He did a double-take at her body when he was certain he witnessed her wounds already beginning to repair but they were subtle, almost as if his optics were playing tricks on him. He saw the blue glow and unknowingly reached up to the side of his chest to barely touch the spot where he had his own nanobot gel.
"You dare accuse me! Pretender!"
His attention thrown back to the matter at hand, the Commander took a step forward toward Ironclaw, the smoke quickly clearing out behind him in the corridor, pointing his new index finger at him as he was about to defend Nexus Prime when Banshee's sonic blast interrupted all of them. Primal cringed over his sensitive audios, the noise making his head pound inside despite the migraine he was already coping with, which inevitably made the irritation boil to anger.
"That's enough!"
"Primus... STOP IT! ALL OF YOU!" Optimus hollered in order to drown out all other noises and to get everyone's attention. "What is wrong with everyone?!" he questioned, more rhetorically than actually wanting answers. Whitegrazer's warmth, peace and calmness that she was trying to send him was quickly snuffed out.
"I'm relieved to see you functional again, old friend," "And I hate being the bearer of bad news.."
The Maximal leader growled lightly through his straightened but sore, sharp teeth and pulled his shoulder away from Nexus the first time the Admiral placed his hand there on him. How could there possibly be more bad news?
"But we have a situation that we need to settle soon."
Optimus eyed his mentor's hand returning to his shoulder and giving it a squeeze, and then tighter, before lifting his gaze to his optic sensors.
"There is a traitor within our midst. The changeling, or shape shifter, is here. I suspect it might be Ironclaw, but there is only one way to make sure.. I would like to discuss this course of action with you as soon as Ironclaw has been dealt with."
The ape thoughtfully narrowed his orange optics.

Meanwhile, Rhinox had put his weapon away and grabbed a device to scan Blackarachnia's body for any viruses. She appeared to be clear but there was something else he was picking up deep within her. Something done by Tarantulas. An intricate shell programming perhaps? He would need more advanced equipment to take a better look at it without physically opening her up against her will, so for now, there was no need to administer the antidote, just simply get her to one of their CR chambers. He stopped everything he was doing when Banshee's blast happened, covering his audios for a moment and glaring in the direction it come from, by the opening Ironclaw had just passed through. Next came their leader's bellow of anger but Nexus volunteered to take to his side and help guide Optimus; well, he assumed that's what he was doing since the engineer couldn't actually hear what he was saying to him from where he was. He didn't think anything of it even with Ironclaw's outburst and disrespectfully accusing the oldest bot present that he was a fraud. He could tell that that really set Optimus off.
"Optimus..," "Even though Ironclaw seems like a likely candidate, we still have to make sure." "We have a way to find the identity of the shape shifter. I already underwent this screening myself and I can vouch for its safety and effectiveness. All you need to do is order all of your Maximals into a large enough room to contain them all, the storage bay for instance, and we can do a body scan of everyone present. "You are the only one I trust to do this task. I know your love for your Maximals will assure that you do the right thing."
Primal definitely considered his teacher's wisdom and recommendation carefully as his optics searched his for the guidance and confidence that he had always sought from his teacher. It made sense in order for them to weed out the intruder once and for all. But even if they gathered all of the Maximals in one room, the shapeshifter could still hide somewhere else as himself. ...Unless he did something to one of his Maximals and put him or her somewhere else possibly not even in the base while impersonating them. Quickly, his fury was overridden with fear and worry, leaving him more vulnerable to his emotions and to manipulation. The more he thought about his options, the more he felt that Nexus had the right idea. And much better to do it now than to wait. Besides, Nexus was far more experienced; a decorated war veteran. Optimus was just an exploration Captain. If anyone knew the best course of action, it was Nexus Prime.

"Blackarachnia isn't infected, Optimus," Rhinox broke the two commanding officers' quiet conversation. "I'll take her to a repair chamber."

"No, I'll take her," he objected. "I want you to tend to Nemesis since Ironclaw was kind enough to badly injure her and throw her through a wall, damaging even more of my ship!" Primal said angrily as his voice gradually got louder by the end of his sentence and he looked to the TransMetal badger again.

"Attention, Maximals," Optimus Primal called to each of them through his own communication link. "Everyone report to the hangar immediately."

Walking over to Optimus and Nexus, Rhinox knelt down next to Nemesis but glanced up at his old friend for a moment wondering what that was about. Why the hangar?
Rattrap, it's Landslide. I need you to open the flight hatch in the bridge lad. I'm gonna try to get the smoke out of the ship.
"You got it, big guy," Rattrap cooperated and pushed a command to open the hatch. Some smoke started filtering in but then lifted upward and was released through the opening in the roof.
"Rattrap," "We need to help Umbra. Before the wall collapsed on him, he was willing to tell us who the shapeshifter is in exchange for the antidote. He was about to say something when it happened. Aurora and I are going to see if we can get him out of here. Without getting infected in the process, of course."
Was that so. And why would Umbra offer such valuable information, assuming it was correct and that they could trust him to be honest? He could just as easily lie to get what he wanted. Rattrap didn't believe it for a second. But since it sounded like Whitegrazer was already convinced and dedicated to helping the ugly Predacon, the rodent thought it best to help her and Aurora instead of arguing with them. "Hang on, 'Grazer. Landslide probably still has some vials of the antidote you can use for dat slimy squid. Tell 'im ta help ya out."

"You want me there, too, Boss Monkey? Who's gonna man the bridge?" Rattrap asked Optimus over the radio, concerning his recent order to everyone.

"I'll be there in a moment, Rattrap. I need to review some data. Sit tight," he said firmly, purposely keeping it vague as to what he was doing and seeking.

Rattrap shrugged with a sigh, tired of being in charge and sitting around. "You should know Sentinel shot down Umbra an' he's in critical condition. But Whitegrazer says he's infected, so they can't help 'im until Landslide gets 'em the cure."

"Fine," he simply told the rat.

"Whitegrazer," Primal called through her comm. link, "when Umbra is administered with the antidote, I want him put into a CR, secured under Maximal authorization for his release when his repairs are complete. Get it done quickly, and report to the hangar." With that, he pulled away from the Admiral's grip on his shoulder and walked over to the female arachnid on the floor. He carefully bent down and lifted her in to his aching arms, standing back up with his shaky legs. Then he headed toward the corridor with her. She was relatively light with her standard form and thin body, but he still very weak and coping with the pain that lingered with the wounds that Rhinox couldn't fix without the assistance of a repair chamber. Cheetor looked like he could use one as well, but he was still standing and managing with his wounds.
"Well, that's just prime!"
