i need to use prowl in some comics before he dies actually, and before ROTF takes precidence

<.< >.> It's a strong possibility. Derrick confirmed that the rumor about Season three being the end of Animated was completely false,and Prowls supposed death was part of that rumor,not something separate.

Sooo,if it was all just a lie,and Season three is not the end of Animated,then there's a good chance that Prowl's time is not up yet.

Unfortunately,with the Omega-sized Lugnut clones coming to Earth,and that the two part episode is entitled "Endgame",plus the fact that it's the last episode of the season,it's quite probable that someone will die before the episode is through.

But I do get the feeling that something is going on with Prowl... aside from the fact that he's much more mature than when the series began... It just seems a bit weird but I get this feeling of an impending something going on.

But they do that 'end thing" in plenty of shows. Just because it's called "End Game" doesn't mean it's THE END.

well in Beast Machines End Game was the three part end of the series, in TF Marvel comics 'End of the Road' was used as the title for the last issue in a couple of series

Me thinks you're taking something out of context or reading something the wrong way. Derrick is not allowed to comment on anything past Season 3 in any way because of an NDA. Animated is not on CN's slate for next year, Hasbro's removed any mention of it from their TF site, Jeff Bennett-- the voice actor for Prowl, Captain Fanzone, Mixmaster, Angry Archer, AND Ultra Magnus-- mentioned offhandedly in an interview that Animated's no longer happening, and the Animated toys have been put on temporary hiatus (we originally should have had 2 more waves released at retail by now).

I'll (gladly) eat my hat if next episode isn't essentially the end of Animated. But I think the best we can hope for is a comic or direct-to-DVD conclusion to the series. We'll find out exactly what's happening at Botcon.
